ABOUT me

Hi, I'm Bianca Jarvis—a passionate fitness trainer, artist, and art educator based in Minneapolis, MN.

Protein Baby was born from my deep connection to lifting, gym culture, and community. Since 2015, Los Campeones Gym has been my second home, and that environment has shaped the way I train and coach.  
My own powerlifting training and competition experience has deepened my understanding of what it means to train with real intention — building strength can take time, moving well and recovering from injury takes time, and leaning into trusting the process when training feels frustrating. That approach is at the core of how I work with clients. 
I believe in building a strong foundation through the basics — squat, press, hinge, — collaborating closely with each person to address their specific needs. The emphasis is always on proper technique, consistency, and understanding why you're doing what your doing in the gym. 
In our sessions we will focus on establishing proper technique and repeatability in our training sessions. You'll learn how to lift safely and use equipment properly, move your body with purpose, and develop confidence and knowledge to train for the long term.
