Strength & Conditioning class
A hard working, welcoming class designed for everyone - whether you’re just getting started or have years of training behind you. Strength & Conditioning combines resistance training and conditioning work to help you build a stronger, more capable body. Each session is programmed to challenge you at your own level, with a coach on hand to scale movements up or down. With a group of 8-15, you'll train alongside a community of people who show up, put the work in, and push each other forward.
If you're looking for a class that's as much about the people as it is about the training, this is it.

Time: 10am Saturdays
Duration: 1hr, 1x a week
Location: Los Campeones Gym Uptown - basement level
Equipment use: kettlebells, dumbbells, rower & ski/erg machine, sleds, trx bands, stability & medicine ball.
Strength & Hypertrophy Class
Build strength and muscle in a focused, coach-led environment. This small group session - capped at 5 people - gives you the structure of a group class with the attention of personal training. Each 60min session follows a progressive program designed to develop foundational strength and promote muscle growth through loading and volume principles. You’ll learn how to move well, train hard, and understand why you’re doing what you're doing - so every rep counts.
Suitable for those who are new to structured strength training or have some experience under the bar and want to take things further.

Equipment used: Barbell, SSB Bar, Hexbar, Dumbbells, Kettlebells.
Optional gear for class: grips or straps, knee sleeves, lifting belt, headphones, water bottle, preworkout ;p
